Transplanting peas

Today we transplanted the peas into a bed in our polytunnel, using the end of a trowel as a dibber because we lost the actual dibber! We’ve covered them with propagator lids to protect from tiny visitors. We’ve enriched the soil with more of our own compost. Last year, our winter peas didn’t quite make it, so we’re hopeful for better results this time around.
