SOCIAL PRESCRIBING DAY 2025
EXCITING UPDATE ON SOCIAL PRESCRIBING
What an incredible Social Prescribing Day we had! A HUGE shoutout to our amazing volunteer team for making everything flow effortlessly!
We welcomed numerous visitors who experienced our Rooted magic! From composting and seed sowing to weaving, zig-zag books, and engaging conversations, we had it all. Of course, we wrapped up with some delicious, home-cooked soup!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Rooted Social Prescribing Day and shared your valuable insights. We’re eager to hear more from you! If you haven’t yet shared your thoughts, you can do so via our feedback form. Your input is crucial for planning future sessions with social prescribing at the heart.

Plus a special thank you to our Rooted photographer Alfie!
