JANUARY IS THRIVING WITH ACTIVITY!
January may be languishing, but we’re thriving in productivity here on the plot!
Our compost game is on point with the compost committee ensuring it’s quick, efficient, and producing that rich, crumbly black gold. Thanks to this magic soil and mild temps, our greenhouse is bursting with life this January!

Our new compost bay is almost complete—just waiting on the roof—and the first bay is already hard at work. Soon, we’ll be moving the old compost crates to the Kitchen Plot for even more garden goodness.
Today, we planted kale and radish, fortified our bean trellis, and prepped more beds for planting. The future’s looking green and glorious!
